New blog
I was having troubles with this blog and whenever I wanted to make
any changes it was a pain, so I made a new blog. Please check it out
and as the weather warms up I hope to be posting more pictures.
Thanks!! www.jillalston.blogspot.com

I’m so glad the weather cooperated and
we got these pictures before it snowed again.
Here’s just a few.

I have been so lazy at updating
my blog but finally here is something new.
These are some of my favorite pictures from their
wedding day. Erin is my 2nd cousin and I didn’t really
know her until we were in a play together a few
summers ago and she is the nicest, sweetest girl ever.
I’m glad I got to know her and I’m so happy for you two!

I am making your cd today Kelsey! Finally. Here are
some more that I love.

I just took these photos, and then my aunt came to visit,
and then Ryan got home and took the kids…so now
they are already on my blog. I will probably post a few
when I’m done editing. But I was so excited to see these.

Why do I try to take pictures of my kids (Levi only)
when they have absolutely no interest in holding
still? I bought these church clothes a while ago that
match so I could get one picture of Dani and Levi together.
Today was the day. I tried putting Levi on a kids chair (he
was off it in 1 second); then on an adult chair (off that in 3 secs)
then on a stool (that didn’t work well either). I did get some cute
ones of Dani, and the poses are all her idea. She is quite the
character. So it is still the goal to one day get a picture of
the two of them together. Maybe I’ll try again in 5 or so years.

The only one where he sort of stood still; it’ll have to do right?

One of the attempts.
Yesterday I went and took some mother/daughter/
sister pics and some couple pics for my in laws.
Don’t I have the cutest sister in laws? It was lots
of fun and I tried a new spot I’ve seen a few others use
on the steps in the alley. It is always a challenge to find
a new location. But it was cold. It was even snowing in some
of the pictures. After we went and sat by the fire and Ryan
whipped us up some yummy taco soup and we visited for a
long time. We’ll miss you Jasmine but see you soon!

It was so fun to take these pictures. The kids were so easy to
work with and it didn’t turn freezing until after we were done!
The location is my new favorite. Now I want to take my own
kids there for some pics. Here’s a few I like the best. And Happy
New Year everyone!!

Here are a few more from this last wedding.
I thought these two were so nice and Sarah is a stunning bride!
It was really cold out this day and Sarah was great for
taking all these pictures…I mean she has short sleeves on, brrrr.

Even though you were hoping for early fall pictures, with
leaves still mostly on the trees , I think these turned
out fantastic. Such a nice, easy family to
work with. Here are some, it has taken me
a while to get these finished because we have
been in the midst of renos. Oh and I love love
love M’s dimples.
